Description Join The Dental Clinic, a growing private practice in St. Paul where you'll have the opportunity to lead, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact in the community we serve. We're seeking an experienced Licensed Dental Assistant who is confident, organized, and passionate about patient care to help lead our clinical team and support our continued growth. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional patient care and create a welcoming experience Run your own column, including limited exams, radiographs, child prophylaxis, and sealants Help lead and support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with restorative, surgical, emergency, and general dentistry procedures as needed Take digital radiographs and impressions Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols Support efficient patient flow and clinical scheduling Maintain accurate clinical documentation Assist with inventory, supplies, equipment maintenance, and laboratory duties Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture Qualifications Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant license CPR certification Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Leadership experience is a plus If you're looking for a practice where your contributions are valued, your growth is supported, and your work makes a difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.
