Three-day work week Alternating schedule: Week 1: Monday–Wednesday 7am-6pm. Week 2: Tuesday–Thursday 7am-6pm. Clinical Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms for a wide variety of dental procedures. Welcome patients and help create a comfortable, positive experience. Assist the doctor during restorative, crown and bridge, surgical, and other dental procedures. Take high-quality digital radiographs, intraoral photographs, and digital impressions with an intraoral scanner. Ensure instruments are properly cleaned, sterilized, and organized according to infection control protocols. Set up and break down operatories efficiently between patients. Maintain accurate clinical notes and assist with treatment documentation. Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and post-operative instructions. Prepare and organize materials for restorative procedures, impressions, temporaries, and laboratory cases. Monitor inventory and help keep clinical supplies stocked and organized. Assist with same-day treatment opportunities by helping patients understand recommended care and answering questions. Work closely with the team to keep the schedule running efficiently while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment. Be willing to continually learn new techniques, technology, and clinical systems as our practice grows. We're Looking for Someone Who: Has a current Washington State Dental Assistant Registration (Required) Has current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain if needed).
