Sterile/Records Technician – Orthodontic Office Join our 5-star team at Smokey Point Orthodontics in Marysville! Are you friendly, organized, and ready to start your career in orthodontics? We are searching for a positive, detail-oriented Sterile/Records Technician who will be the first to welcome our new patients and play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. No prior experience needed—just a great attitude and a desire to learn! If you have experience in dental or orthodontic settings, that’s a plus. Position: Sterile/Records Technician Pay: $19.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time, 4 days/week Location: Marysville, WA (smokeypointbraces.com) What you’ll do: Greet and welcome new patients; set the tone for a great visit Take digital photographs, x-rays, and iTero scans (we will train you!) Sterilize instruments and maintain clean, organized workspaces Prepare treatment chairs and rooms between patients Help with office flow, supply organization, and other support tasks Ensure strict infection control and safety protocols Maintain accurate digital records and assist with patient documentation Who we’re looking for: Friendly, positive, and professional Reliable, punctual, and a team player Detail-oriented and willing to learn new skills Interested in eventually learning to assist chairside (we will offer cross-training when a position opens!)
