Arrow Dental is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our friendly, supportive, patient-focused practice. We are a privately owned general dental office that values teamwork, professionalism, and creating a calm, welcoming experience for our patients. Our ideal candidate is dependable, organized and friendly. Key Responsibilities: Provide chairside assistance during general dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up trays, and ensuring all equipment is ready for use Take dental radiographs Accurately enter clinical notes, treatment plans, and patient records in Eaglesoft Review and update medical and dental histories Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment Communicate and collaborate with the front office and clinical team to support smooth daily workflow Qualifications: Dental assisting experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply! Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus X-ray certification preferred Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, positive attitude Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a motivated candidate with a strong work ethic.
