Job Summary Sanger Dental Group - a 30-year established, independent family practice in Sanger, CA is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our team. We offer a guaranteed daily rate of $900â$1,000/day plus 30â35% of production (whichever is higher), a $10,000 signing bonus , and a real partnership and buy-in conversation for the right candidate. W-2 or 1099 your choice.This is a PPO and fee-for-service practice with no HMO or Medicaid quotas. Full-time or part-time, 2 to 5 days per week. H-1B sponsorship available. Duties Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and restorative procedures Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments and medical and dental histories Take and interpret digital X-rays and intraoral scans to accurately diagnose dental conditions Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options in a family practice setting Collaborate with experienced dental assistants and hygienists using four-handed dentistry techniques Utilize Open Dental practice management software for scheduling, documentation, and treatment planning Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active California dental license 2+ years of general dentistry experience preferred Proficiency in comprehensive full-scope general dentistry PPO billing and insurance coordination experience a plus Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach Sanger Dental Group offers health, dental, and vision insurance, a Health Savings Account, 401(k), paid time off, continuing education allowance, and an employee discount on dental services.
