PART-TIME DENTAL HYGIENIST (New grads encouraged to apply) - Specialty Office (Bellevue) - Bellevue, WA

Location: Bellevue, WA (near Redmond) Position Type: Part-Time (1 day/week, with option to expand to 2 days) Compensation: Up to $75/hr depending on experience New grads welcome to apply! About Us Cascadia Dental Specialists is a well-established, privately owned periodontal and endodontic office serving the Bellevue/Redmond area for over 20 years. Our fully digital office includes: Digital X-rays Intraoral scanners and cameras CBCT and pano machines No paper charting We are committed to staying up to date with technology to provide efficient, high-quality care. About the Position We are currently seeking a part-time dental hygienist to join our team 1 day per week , with flexibility for more days (up to 3). Our previous hygienist worked Fridays, so ideally, we are looking for someone who can take over Fridays . However, Tuesdays or Thursdays are also available. Responsibilities include: Performing prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing (SRP) Taking digital radiographs Assisting the doctor during recall exams Educating patients on oral health and hygiene Writing up exam and perio reports for referring general dentists Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records Appointment Timing: 1 hour: Prophy or Perio Maintenance (with X-rays and exams, if needed) 1.5 hours: Half-mouth SRP 1 hour: SRP for one quadrant Qualifications : Active Washington State Dental Hygiene License Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and communication skills Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Experience with digital charting (Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train!)
