Your Role: As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in creating a positive patient experience and supporting the delivery of exceptional dental care. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to helping patients feel comfortable throughout their treatment. Position Responsibilities: Welcome patients and help create a positive, comfortable experience from the moment they arrive. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for scheduled procedures. Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures by anticipating needs and providing instruments, materials, suction, and retraction as needed. Accurately document dental findings, treatment notes, and charting within Dentrix Ascend software. Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans (for candidates with a valid X-ray license). Maintain infection control protocols by sterilizing instruments and equipment and adhering to OSHA and office safety standards. Provide patients with post-treatment instructions and oral health education. Support the clinical team in maintaining an efficient and organized workflow throughout the day.
