What You Will Do Assist the dentist chairside during exams, restorations, and other procedures Prepare and set up operatories before each appointment Take and process digital X-rays (radiographic certification required per NJ law) Perform instrument sterilization and infection control per OSHA standards Turn over and clean operatories between patients Document clinical notes and treatment information as directed Support smooth patient flow and help keep the day on schedule What We Are Looking For Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in New Jersey, or eligible to register Radiographic certification (required to take X-rays in NJ) Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and genuinely team-minded Someone who moves efficiently without cutting corners on patient care Prior experience in a dental office preferred; new grads are welcome to apply Schedule and Compensation Part-time: 4 days per week, 6-hour shifts (24 hours/week) Pay: $22 to $25 per hour, based on experience and credentials Potential to grow into a full-time role as the practice expands How to Apply Send your resume and a brief note about your clinical experience.
