Full-Time Dental Assistant Chesterbrook Dental Associates is seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Compensation $24.00–$26.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Schedule Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Enjoy a four-day workweek with three-day weekends Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready for procedures Take dental radiographs (X-rays) Sterilize and maintain instruments according to infection control protocols Provide exceptional patient care and help patients feel comfortable during treatment Educate patients on post-operative and oral health instructions Maintain accurate clinical records and charting Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies Support team members to ensure efficient daily operations Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred Current radiology certification required Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Benefits 2 weeks paid vacation and 2 paid personal days after 3 months of employment Paid holidays after 3 months of employment 401(k) participation after 1 year of employment and 1,000 hours worked Supportive and team-oriented culture Modern technology and equipment Opportunities for professional growth and development If you are passionate about patient care and enjoy working in a positive, fast-paced dental environment, we'd love to hear from you.
