Permanent Dentist Job in Houston, TX
I am the founder of a well-established dental clinic in Europe and I'm planning to open a new dental practice in Houston, Texas. I am looking for a Texas-licensed DDS/DMD interested in becoming a long-term partner. My company will provide the investment, business development, marketing, operations, and management (DSO/MSO model), while the licensed dentist will oversee the clinical entity and patient care. This is intended to be a long-term partnership with significant growth potential, not just an employment opportunity. The business structure will be opened under my L-1A intracompany transfer as CEO of the expanding company. I will not work as a dentist but only as the CEO.
