Dental Assistant/Sterilization Tech -Part Time About the Job: Complete Family Dentistry is currently seeking a motivated and friendly part time Dental Assistant/Sterilization Tech to join our vibrant team. This position will support the hygiene department with dental charting, room turn over, and sterilization. This is a fast pace job that keep you on your feet moving. We have two to four hygiene chairs running daily with one shared dental sterilization assistant dedicated to assist the hygienist team. This is an entry level assistant position with on the job training for the right individual. We are looking for someone eager to learn with the right attitude! The position is great for individuals interested in getting into the dental field! Candidates that are interested in chairside assisting, can be trained in office in the future. We are currently hiring for: Monday: 3:30pm- 8:00pm Thursday: 8:30am-4:00pm About our office: Complete Family Dentistry is a friendly, well-established, and privately owned dental practice in downtown Waukesha. Clean and sterilize dental instruments according to OSHA guidelines Assist hygiene team with dental charting Monitor inventory and restock supplies in hygiene department. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills – you see what needs to be done and do it Ability to multi-task, take initiative and anticipate needs of others Ability to project a positive, warm and professional image Strong computer skills Chairside dental assistant experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation and Benefits: Compensation: $18-$24 per hours. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
