Zrallack Family Dentistry is a well-established private practice in Titusville on Florida's Space Coast. We are currently looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. Our greatest need is for Fridays, but we're flexible and are happy to discuss Friday-only, part-time, or full-time opportunities for the right person. Experienced assistants are welcome, but we also enjoy mentoring motivated new graduates who are eager to learn and grow. Working in our modern, fully digital practice, you'll be a valued member of the clinical team with opportunities to continue learning and expanding your skills. Responsibilities include: Assist the doctors during all phases of treatment Perform expanded functions (as permitted by certification) Take quality digital radiographs and intraoral photographs Prepare treatment rooms and instrument setups Sterilize instruments following CDC and OSHA guidelines Maintain operatories and equipment Assist with implant procedures and restorations Perform in-office whitening procedures Help create an exceptional patient experience through excellent communication and compassionate care What We're Looking For EFDA/RDA certification preferred (or eligible where applicable) Excellent communication and people skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and team-oriented Comfortable using computers in a fully digital office Dentrix and Dexis experience is a plus but not required Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures Typical Schedule Full-Time Monday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (every other Monday) Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM Alternating Fridays: 7:45 AM – 1:00 PM Why This Position Stands Out Private practice with experienced, supportive doctors Friendly, well-organized team Modern digital technology Excellent work-life balance Opportunities to grow your clinical skills Patients who value quality care A workplace where you'll be appreciated and treated with respect Interested?
