We offer: $55–$62 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and schedule availability 60-minute appointments Dedicated time for periodontal therapy and periodontal maintenance No evenings No weekends required Full-time preferred, with part-time options available Supportive doctors who value the long term hygiene team Long-term patients and a strong private-practice reputation Modern technology to support diagnosis, education, and efficiency Schedule Full-time is preferred, but we are open to the right part-time candidate. Available hours may include: Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00/3:30 PM No evenings. No weekends required. Optional Saturday hours may be available for candidates who are interested. What You’ll Be Doing Providing preventive and periodontal hygiene care Reviewing and updating medical histories Taking diagnostic radiographs Performing periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings Educating patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations Using intraoral cameras to support patient education Communicating clinical findings with doctors and team members Maintaining accurate clinical notes in EagleSoft Following OSHA and infection control protocols Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for Technology & Clinical Resources Our hygienists have access to: EagleSoft Practice Management Software Digital radiography (schick) AI-assisted diagnostic tools MouthWatch intraoral cameras Voice-activated periodontal charting New Cavitron systems, ReLeaf suction, OptraGate available You May Be a Great Fit If You Have a current Massachusetts Dental Hygiene License Have experience providing thorough, patient-centered hygiene care Enjoy educating patients and building long-term relationships Communicate clearly with doctors, patients, and team members Are reliable, professional, and positive Value quality care over rushed appointments Want a long-term professional home Local anesthesia certification is preferred but not required.
