Position: Front Desk Receptionist Location: Concord, NC Status: Full-Time Pay Range: $20-$27 per hour Who We Are Looking For: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. A self-starter who is proactive and can handle tasks independently. Someone with previous dental experience. Experience discussing treatment plans with patients. Responsibilities: Greeting and checking in patients with a smile. Managing the schedule and ensuring efficient time use. Handling phone calls and inquiries with excellent customer service. Discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients. Collecting patient co-payments. Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. Experience with managing Qualifications: Previous experience as a receptionist, especially in a dental or medical office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
