Dental Assistant â San Marco Smiles (Jacksonville, FL) San Marco Smiles, a well-established dental practice in Jacksonville, is hiring an experienced Dental Assistant. Requirements (5+ years experience): Must be able to independently fabricate provisional/temporary crowns Must be able to independently take X-rays, including on edentulous patients Experience with attachments and scans Comfortable receiving and acting on direct feedback and correction without pushback â this is a fast-paced clinical environment where protocols (sterilization, PPE, prep) must be followed exactly as instructed Compensation: Pay depends on experience Daily production bonus (poker chip draw, $10â$100) Monthly team bonus when office production target is hit 401(k) with employer match PTO offered, paid end of month Note: No employer-provided health insurance; Florida marketplace plans available (~$250/month).
