This is a unique opportunity to work in a modern specialty practice focused on TMJ disorders, sleep-disordered breathing, oral appliance therapy, and regenerative treatments. This is not a traditional dental assisting role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, compassionate, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities: Assist with TMJ and sleep-related patient care. Provide chairside support as needed. Perform digital scanning and collect patient records. Educate patients regarding treatment recommendations and next steps. Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical efficiency. Coordinate scheduling and manage patient flow. Discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements. Collect payments and assist with administrative duties. Answer phones and support front office operations when needed. Deliver an outstanding patient experience from start to finish. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of dental assisting experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Self-motivated with strong initiative. Comfortable learning new technologies and specialty procedures. Positive, team-oriented attitude.
