Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and facilitate a seamless check-in process using dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently, utilizing multi-line phone systems and maintaining an organized calendar. Answer incoming calls professionally with excellent phone etiquette, addressing patient inquiries promptly and courteously. Qualifications Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and strong organizational abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in documentation review and insurance verification processes.
