Franklin Children’s Dentistry is a boutique pediatric dental office in Franklin, TN. We are looking for a friendly, hardworking Dental Hygienist to join our growing team! We are a small, single-doctor practice that values teamwork, kindness, initiative, and creating an exceptional experience for every child and parent who walks through our doors. We are seeking someone who is positive, motivated, and enjoys building relationships with families while providing outstanding patient care. We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants. Benefits are available for full-time team members. Part-time candidates must be available on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Duties and Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings and periodontal assessments appropriate for pediatric patients Take diagnostic radiographs Apply fluoride and other preventive treatments Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and cavity prevention Assist in creating a positive and comfortable experience for children Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Work collaboratively with Dr. Robyn and the dental team to provide excellent patient care Help maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas Contribute to a positive office culture and team environment Requirements Current Tennessee Registered Dental Hygienist license Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently while providing exceptional patient care Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Self-motivated and willing to take initiative Pediatric dental experience preferred but not required Benefits (Full-Time Team Members) Competitive compensation: $40–$45 per hour based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance Supplemental Benefits (Accident, Hospital, Critical Illness, and more) Supportive and positive work environment No evenings or weekends Schedule Regular Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Current Summer Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Full-time and part-time opportunities available Part-time candidates must be available Wednesdays and Thursdays Our ideal candidate is patient, kind, dependable, professional, and enjoys working with children.
