Position Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered dental practice. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering preventive dental care, patient education, and clinical support in a welcoming and fast-paced environment. Looking for full-time 4-5 days a week. Key Responsibilities Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing Conduct patient assessments, reviewing medical histories and vital signs Take and process dental X-rays and other diagnostic imaging Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations Assist with chairside procedures when needed using four-handed dentistry techniques Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems Adhere to infection control, sterilization, and HIPAA compliance standards Contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused clinical environment Compensation & Benefits $50–$60 per hour, based on experience $5k sign-on bonus Full-time work Quarterly bonus Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Supportive clinical and administrative team In-person work environment with consistent structure and support Active Dental Hygienist license (MA) in good standing Experience performing preventive dental procedures independently Familiarity with dental software Strong understanding of infection control protocols and patient safety Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment Experience with pediatric patients is a plus, but not required Passion Dental is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our Marlborough team, offering competitive hourly pay, an $5,000 sign‑on bonus, flexible scheduling, and strong administrative support.
