Permanent Dental Assistant Job in East Islip, NY
W*e are seeking a mature _ Dental Assistan*_t with a strong work ethic who will be a part of our team and grow personally. We are willing to train the right person. Experience a plus, but not needed. Assistant responsibilities include: - Seating patients and assisting the dentist during various procedures by providing chairside support. - Set up operatories for the next patient and break down and sterilize operatories after procedures. - Sterilize instruments according to regulations - Keep operatories clean and well stocked - Take x-rays. - Record patients data daily - Maintain dental laboratory and process instruments - Follow weekly & monthly maintenance procedures for all sterilization equipment - Filling out daily log sheets - Follow practice closing procedures Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Application Question(s): Are you located within a 10 mile radius of our office location?
