Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in The Woodlands, TX
We are a 2 Location Private Practice Called Happy Sapiens Dental. The Location addresses are 26219 I-45 North, The Woodlands, TX 77380 and the other location is at 32030 Decker Prairie Road, Pinehurst, TX, 77362. The team member will have to travel between the locations as need be. Job Involves: Scheduling appointments, Phones. Collecting money, Cash, Credit cards. Insurance Verification, Checking dental procedures history, assignment of patients to the office. Presenting Treatment Estimations, Getting patient signatures on forms. Participate in conversations with the Billing Team. Experience in dentistry is helpful. Dental Assistants are welcome to apply. May have to travel between the locations to cover for other team members. Please make sure to calculate travel time to both locations from your home.
