​Our growing dental office is seeking applications for an additional reliable, motivated Dental Assistant and/or EFDA to join our private dental practice team. We proudly serve patients at multiple locations in Celina and St. Marys. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to providing excellent patient care in a friendly and professional environment. Desired Attributes Punctual and professional chairside skills Proficiency with dental instruments and terminology Ability to communicate effectively with patients Strong motivation for patient care Adaptable to dental software and technology Compliant with State and Federal regulations Willingness to learn and grow within the practice Duties Include, But Not Limited To Assisting the dentist during all dental procedures (General Dentistry) Assisting hygienists as needed Sterilization and operatory setup Daily opening and closing procedures Daily maintenance and care of equipment Assisting with front office duties as needed Cross-training in scheduling, patient communication, insurance coordination, and other administrative tasks Helping create a smooth and positive patient experience from check-in to check-out ​ Experience / Education Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred, but not required Radiology license required or willingness to obtain after hire Current BLS/CPR certification preferred Hepatitis B vaccinations up to date Compensation is based on experience.
