Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Meridian, ID

McRae Dental is searching for an exceptional Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This is not an entry-level front office position , this is one of the most critical roles within our practice and requires an experienced dental professional who can confidently guide patients through complex treatment decisions while helping drive practice growth. We are a highly respected, modern dental practice focused on comprehensive dentistry, implants, oral surgery, sleep & airway treatment, and advanced restorative care . What We Are Looking For We need a highly experienced dental professional with: Minimum 10+ years of dental experience required Extensive experience in dental administration AND chairside dental assisting Strong understanding of complex treatment planning and case presentation Advanced knowledge of oral surgery, implant dentistry, restorative dentistry, and comprehensive treatment planning Ability to confidently explain and present treatment plans exceeding $20,000+ Proven ability to help patients understand value and move forward with major treatment decisions Strong financial discussion skills, including payment options and treatment coordination Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence with patients Ability to multitask while managing a fast-paced schedule Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Strong leadership mentality with a team-first attitude Responsibilities This role will serve as a key driver of practice success and patient experience. Responsibilities include: Presenting complex treatment plans to patients with confidence and clarity Explaining surgical procedures, treatment options, timelines, and financial arrangements Coordinating large treatment cases from consultation through completion Helping patients understand the value of comprehensive dental care and long-term health benefits Managing patient follow-up and helping patients commit to recommended treatment Working closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure smooth case coordination Tracking case acceptance and supporting office production goals Assisting with patient scheduling for larger treatment cases and surgeries Serving as a key communication bridge between providers, team members, and patients Contributing to overall office growth and helping the practice achieve monthly goals Our Schedule Monday: 6:45 AM â 4:30 PM Tuesday: 7:45 AM â 5:30 PM Wednesday: 6:45 AM â 3:30 PM Thursday: 6:45 AM â 2:30 PM Friday: 9:00 AM â 1:00 PM Why Join McRae Dental?
