Responsibilities Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Take digital radiographs Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Provide patient and parent education Maintain accurate clinical records Help create a fun, welcoming, and comforting environment for children Work collaboratively with our front office and clinical team Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Current X-ray certification (or as required by state) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Pediatric dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a passion for working with children.
