Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full Time Pediatric Dental Associate to join our vibrant dental team. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive pediatric dental services including preventive care, restorations, extractions, and oral surgery procedures. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with healthcare diagnosis standards. Utilize advanced dental software for accurate medical documentation and record keeping while adhering to HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Educate patients and their families on oral health best practices, preventive measures, and post-treatment care. Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment following all infection control standards and medical imaging protocols. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state license to practice dentistry with specialized certification or training in pediatric dentistry. Proven experience in general dentistry with a focus on pediatrics; experience in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy knowledge related to oral structures, and infection control practices. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately while demonstrating compassion and professionalism. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws governing medical records and documentation standards.
