Lead Dental Assistant - Dentique - Lemont and Downers Grove location - Naperville, IL

Join our growing Valley View Dental Team! We are seeking motivated, professional individuals excited about dentistry. We currently need a full-time Dental Assistant to join our clinical team at the Naperville location. In this role, you will assist the dentist during a wide variety of procedures, prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments, and support front-office tasks such as scheduling and patient communication when needed. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing clinical and administrative responsibilities while delivering an outstanding patient experience. Minimum 3 years experience as a Dental Assistant, ortho experience preferred. Core areas of work include: Clinical chairside assistance Radiography and diagnostics Infection control and sterilization Patient care and education Practice support and front office support Clinical supply ordering We are looking for someone who is naturally patient-centered - prioritizes rapport, clear communication, and has a positive attitude.
