Who We're Looking For We're searching for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for people and understands that an outstanding patient experience is created through teamwork and attention to detail. The ideal candidate: Has a minimum of one year of dental assisting experience Is passionate about providing exceptional patient care Takes pride in being organized, prepared, and detail-oriented Understands that excellent chairside assisting begins with outstanding preparation before the patient arrives Is committed to maintaining the highest standards of sterilization and infection control Completes accurate, thorough, and timely clinical chart documentation Creates seamless patient handoffs and communicates effectively with the entire team Has a positive attitude, works well with others, and is always willing to learn and grow What You'll Do Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments before each appointment Ensure all sterilization and infection control protocols are followed consistently Capture high-quality radiographs and other clinical records as needed Document detailed and accurate clinical notes Educate and support patients throughout their treatment experience Collaborate with the entire team to provide exceptional, comprehensive care Help create an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for every patient Why You'll Love Working Here When you join our practice, you're joining more than a dental office—you become part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together and takes pride in serving our community.
