Job Summary Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Four or Six handed Dentistry, Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepares patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, making a comfortable environment for the patient before, during and after the procedure. Acting as a liaison between patient and doctor to ensure patient receives the best dental experience possible Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols. Take patients' blood pressures Dental Assistant Radiology Certification a plus but not required Efficient note taking Sterilize instruments and help keep office and treatment rooms neat and clean.
