Experienced Orthodontic Assistant – Startup Practice in Clarkston, MI SmileCrew Orthodontics is opening a brand-new orthodontic office in Clarkston! We’re seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our startup team. This position is one day a week (Thursdays) to start , with opportunities for growth as the practice expands. Experience is essential — we need someone who can hit the ground running and support a new office launch. What You’ll Do: Assist the orthodontist with procedures, including braces and appliance placement Take x-rays, impressions, and intraoral scans Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms Support patient comfort and education during appointments Help maintain smooth office flow and efficient scheduling You’re a Great Fit If: You have proven orthodontic assisting experience ( required ) You’re comfortable in a startup environment and ready to wear multiple hats You thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting You bring a positive attitude, teamwork, and reliability to every interaction Schedule: Thursdays 7:30 - 5 pm, 1 day per week to start , with potential to grow as the practice expands If you’re excited to contribute your expertise and help build Clarkston’s newest orthodontic office, we want you on the Crew!
