Responsibilities Prepare operatories before and after patient treatment. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments according to CDC and OSHA guidelines. Assist providers during dental procedures. Set up and break down treatment rooms. Maintain inventory and stock clinical supplies. Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully equipped. Educate patients on post-operative instructions and oral hygiene. Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day. Provide excellent customer service while creating a welcoming environment for patients. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Dental assisting experience is preferred but not required —we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for helping others and providing outstanding patient care.
