What You'll Do As a Dental Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and keeping our clinical operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures Anticipate provider needs and help maintain an efficient clinical flow Capture high-quality digital radiographs using Dexis Perform iTero scans and assist with Invisalign records and treatment workflows Educate and guide patients through their treatment plans with compassion and professionalism Maintain sterilization protocols and infection control standards Monitor and manage clinical inventory and supplies Help keep appointments running on schedule and ensure a positive patient experience What We're Looking For Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program Current CPR certification Ability to manage a multi-chair environment and adapt to changing schedules Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering excellent patient care Preferred Qualifications: Experience with OpenDental software Experience with Dexis digital radiography Experience with iTero scanners and Invisalign workflows Benefits & Perks We believe in taking care of the people who take care of our patients.
