Duties Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally and courteously Schedule and confirm appointments Manage patient recalls and reactivation efforts Welcome patients and provide an exceptional first impression Coordinate treatment appointments and maintain an efficient schedule Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient questions Collect payments and process transactions Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, and team members Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST.
