Youâll work closely with Dr. Christiansen to deliver a smooth, high-quality clinical experience for our patients. Experience in other areas of the practice â front desk, sterilization, treatment coordination â is a plus. Pay Range: $21.00-$28.95 hr. Work shift: 4 days a week, Mon- Thurs Address: 11779 US Highway 2, Suite 201, Leavenworth, WA 98826 What Youâll Do Independent Responsibilities Digital radiography (periapical, bitewing, panoramic, FMX) Intraoral scanning â 3Shape Trios 5 Same-day crown design and in-house milling 3D printing, trimming, and finishing of occlusal night guards Essix retainer and whitening tray fabrication Zoom in-office whitening Instrument sterilization, autoclave operation, and sterile field management Dental unit waterline shocking/treatment and water quality testing Sterilization equipment maintenance, spore testing, and compliance documentation Perio charting and radiographs in support of the hygiene team Patient records, charting, and treatment documentation in Eaglesoft Chairside Assistance Composite restorations â anterior and posterior Porcelain crowns and veneers â same-day milled and lab-fabricated Surgical extractions and ridge preservation/bone grafting Dental implant placement and second-stage surgery Implant-supported prosthetics and implant dentures SureSmile clear aligner treatment Dentures and partial dentures Requirements 1â2 years of dental assisting experience preferred â weâll consider the right candidate without it Someone who genuinely enjoys working with patients and puts them at ease A team player who communicates well and doesnât leave work for the next person Comfortable in a busy clinical environment without sacrificing quality Benefits Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k with match) Paid time off and holiday/floating holiday pay A warm team culture where youâre respected and supported Access to Mosaicâs continuing education and professional development programs **interested candidates can stop by the office with a copy of your resume.
