The Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator is the heart of the patient experience, partnering with the Orthodontist and team to create an exceptional journey from the initial consultation through treatment acceptance. This role educates patients and families on treatment options, financial solutions, and insurance benefits while building lasting relationships founded on trust and compassion. Work Schedule: Mon - Thurs; 7:30 am - 5:00 pm | Fri; 7:30 am - 1:30 pm Job Type: Full time Location: Appleton High school diploma required Experience as an orthodontic assistant beneficial Must be able to act calmly and effectively in stressful situations Ability to establish effective working relationships with patients, parents, team members and doctors Knowledge of insurance benefits Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and quality indicators Requires proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
