What You'll Do As an EFDA at Dolan Dental, you'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality patient care by: Assisting the doctor during a wide variety of dental procedures Performing expanded functions in accordance with state regulations, including placing restorations and temporary crowns Taking high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral scans Maintaining strict infection control and sterilization protocols Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring instruments are ready for each procedure Updating patient records and documenting treatment accurately using Dentrix Reviewing medical histories and educating patients about treatment and oral health Supporting a positive, comfortable experience for every patient Collaborating with our clinical and administrative team to keep the schedule running efficiently What We're Looking For Current EFDA certification and all required Pennsylvania credentials Current dental radiology certification Experience in general dentistry (additional specialty experience is a plus) Knowledge of Dentrix or similar dental software Strong understanding of infection control and OSHA guidelines Excellent communication and patient care skills A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality Ability to thrive in a busy, patient-focused practice Why You'll Love Working at Dolan Dental Supportive, welcoming team culture Modern technology and equipment Opportunities for continued professional growth Competitive pay based on experience Full-time schedule with work-life balance Benefits package available (details discussed during the interview) If you're an enthusiastic EFDA who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and wants to be part of a practice that values teamwork, professionalism, and compassion, we'd love to hear from you.
