As we continue to grow, we are expanding our in-house orthodontic offerings to better serve our patients and keep comprehensive care within our practice. What We’re Looking For DDS/DMD with completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency Active Florida dental license (or ability to obtain one) Passion for working with children and adolescents Strong clinical skills in Phase I / interceptive orthodontics (comprehensive ortho experience is a plus) Excellent communication skills with parents and patients A collaborative, team-oriented approach What You’ll Do Diagnose and treat orthodontic patients within a pediatric setting Provide Phase I/interceptive orthodontic treatment and growth guidance Collaborate with pediatric dentists to coordinate comprehensive care Educate families and build long-term patient relationships Help develop and grow our in-house orthodontic program What We Offer Flexible 1 day per week to start , with opportunity for growth Competitive daily compensation Established patient base with strong internal referrals Modern technology and well-trained clinical team Supportive, positive practice culture Opportunity to help build and shape an expanding orthodontic program Pay: $1,400.00 per day Work Location: In person
