Our beautiful, modern, private endodontic office is in Midlothian, TX. We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated dental assistant with endodontic experience to join our team. Responsibilities Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient from the moment they arrive, helping set the tone for a comfortable visit. Assist doctors during endodontic procedures with efficiency, precision, and professionalism. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and infection-control protocols. Capture CBCTs and X-rays. Support patient management by providing clear communication, comfort, and post-treatment education. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the practice’s electronic dental software. Monitor inventory and ensure operatories are fully stocked and ready for use. Collaborate with team members and be willing to help in any area of the practice when necessary. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year dental assisting experience required . Current X-ray certification required . Current CPR/BLS certification required. Computer literacy and the ability to learn dental software systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-first mindset. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Schedule Full-Time: Monday – Friday 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM, depending on patient flow. No weekends or holidays.
