Turtle Bay Pediatric Dentistry | Sachse, TX Pay: $15–$17/hour (based on experience; bilingual candidates at top of range) Turtle Bay Pediatric Dentistry — "Where Little Smiles Feel Safe" — is a bright, welcoming pediatric dental practice in Sachse, TX seeking a friendly, organized Dental Receptionist to join our front desk team. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays & Saturdays What You'll Do: Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism Manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient flow using Open Dental Handle patient communications and reminders via Flex Dental Answer and route calls through our Mango Voice phone system Verify insurance and process payments Support new patient registration, including bilingual (English/Spanish) families Maintain a clean, calm, kid-friendly front office environment Process payments for dental services Drive to surrounding doctors and businesses to drop flyers and business cards to promote/market the practice What We're Looking For: Prior dental or medical front-desk experience preferred Comfortable with practice management software (Open Dental experience a plus) Expert level Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for working with children and families Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player About Us: Turtle Bay Pediatric Dentistry is a pediatric-only practice dedicated to making dental visits fun and stress-free for kids of all ages.
