Job Title: Dental Assistant Bilingual (English & Spanish) Required – Only Bilingual Applicants Will Be Considered Location: Fine Dental Care – Houston, TX Employment Type: Part-Time Pay: $12–$15 per hour (based on experience) Position Summary Fine Dental Care is seeking a friendly, motivated, and dependable Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We welcome both experienced dental assistants and motivated individuals who are eager to learn. The ideal candidate is compassionate, professional, and committed to providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments. Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures. Take dental X-rays (as permitted by certification). Prepare and organize dental materials and instruments. Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes. Follow OSHA and infection control protocols. Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and fully stocked. Work collaboratively with the dentist and front office team. Qualifications Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Dental assisting experience is preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player. Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates, depending on job duties.
