Dental Front Desk

Our upscale dental practice is seeking an experienced, professional, and friendly Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team.                                                                                                            Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of dental front office experience required.
• Must have a strong understanding of dental terminology.
• Open Dental software experience is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service with a warm, professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering and managing incoming phone calls.
• Greeting and checking patients in and out.
• Posting completed treatment accurately.
• Scheduling patient appointments.
• Collecting patient payments.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
