About The Role: This position blends chairside dental assisting with front office responsibilities, making you an integral part of both the clinical and administrative success of our practice. You will help create an organized, efficient, and exceptional experience for every patient while ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: Provide chairside dental assisting Deliver warm, professional, concierge-level service to every patient Coordinate patient scheduling to maximize efficiency Assist with insurance verification, treatment coordination, and billing as needed Facilitate clear communication between clinical and administrative responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized and patient-focused environment Support the team in delivering a consistently high standard of care Ideal Candidate: Previous dental assisting experience required; Endodontic experience strongly preferred Front office dental experience strongly preferred Ability to multitask in a structured, patient-centered environment Proficiency with dental practice management software Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented Calm, polished, and highly professional demeanor Excellent attention to detail and outstanding patient communication skills Passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience Qualifications: Current Kentucky Dental Assistant license Current CPR certification Current X-ray certification What We Offer: Competitive compensation based on experience and performance A supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking team culture Long-term professional growth opportunities A dynamic cross-functional role that offers variety, autonomy, and meaningful patient interaction Full-time and Part-time opportunities available Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
