Freeman Dental, PLLC is seeking a expanded duties Dental Assistant to add to our growing practice. Our practice is committed to providing the highest quality care in family and cosmetic dentistry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and have experience in customer service. Primary responsibilities: Seat patients and welcome with a friendly demeanor Ability to take digital x-rays that include panoramic, bitewing and full mouth series Select and set up instruments, equipment and materials needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the Dentist through 4-handed dentistry Undertake lab tasks as instructed Provide post-operative instructions Discuss treatment plan options Maintain accurate patient records Follow all OSHA guidelines Keep the room clean and well stocked Knowledge of oral surgery, endodontics, pediatric dentistry, implants & restorative preferred. HOURS: Monday-Thursday 7:00-4:00 and Friday 7:00-12:00.
