Job Description: VIBE Dental is growing, and we are looking for a strong, reliable, and organized Dental Front Office Lead / Office Manager-in-Training to join our team. This is not just a basic front desk position. We are looking for someone who can help lead the front office, support daily office flow, communicate clearly with the team, hold responsibilities accountable, and grow into a stronger leadership role. The right person is professional, patient-centered, organized, direct when needed, and comfortable helping create structure in a busy dental office.
