Dental Assistant - Glasscock Family Dentistry - Brentwood, TN

We're looking for an experienced dental assistant to join our private, single-doctor practice in Brentwood. Our office is focused on providing high-quality care in a friendly, team-oriented environment while incorporating modern digital technology into our daily workflow. This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM with a one-hour lunch. Pay: $25–30/hour, depending on experience Bonus: Monthly performance bonus opportunities What we're looking for: At least 2 years of dental assisting experience Experience using a 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner Experience with a SprintRay 3D printer (or willingness to demonstrate proficiency) Someone who is dependable, organized, and works well with others Comfortable working independently while also being a team player Great communication skills and a positive attitude Responsibilities include: Assisting during restorative and crown procedures Taking digital x-rays Intraoral scanning with the 3Shape TRIOS scanner Operating our SprintRay 3D printer for models, guides, and other digital workflows Sterilization and operatory setup/breakdown Keeping treatment rooms stocked and organized Helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their appointments We're a practice that values efficiency, professionalism, and treating patients like family.
