Hygienists here aren't just moving through hygiene appointments — you'll be looped into treatment discussions and have an active hand in patient outcomes. Pay & Schedule $55–$65/hour depending on experience Steady 4-day workweek Housing covered for the length of the assignment Health insurance and 401(k) eligibility, depending on length of employment All-in compensation value with housing factored in: roughly $68–$78/hour The Practice You'll be working in a full-scope general dentistry practice offering: Preventive and restorative care Implants and full-mouth reconstruction IV sedation Botox and dermal fillers Airway and sleep therapy for adult and pediatric patients That breadth means more exposure to advanced treatment planning and collaborative case discussions — not just routine cleanings.
