Front Office Receptionist – Dental Office (Willing to Train) Our dental office is looking for a patient-focused Front Office Receptionist to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, and motivated to learn. No dental experience required — we are happy to train the right person. We value teamwork, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow in a team-oriented dental practice , with the possibility of additional hours in the future. Compensation: $19–$20 per hour Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 8:30am-5:30pm (with potential to add Wednesdays in the future) Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments Assist with patient records and front office tasks Verify insurance and collect payments (training provided) Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly Be a team player and assist the clinical team in the back when needed What We’re Looking For Friendly and welcoming personality Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and organized Motivated to learn and willing to help the team Ability to multitask in a busy office Benefits 401(k) eligibility Dental benefits Paid sick leave Join Our Team!
