We are seeking an extraordinary Front Office & Treatment Coordinator who is the ultimate blend of a warm hospitality host and a savvy closer. As the face and voice of our practice, you will set the tone for the entire patient experience while keeping our daily operations running like a finely tuned machine. Key Responsibilities1. Patient Experience Champion Enthusiastic Hospitality: Greet every patient warmly, enthusiastically, and with a genuine smile the moment they walk through the door. Relationship Builder: Take the time to genuinely get to know our patients, build deep rapport, and make them feel like family. First Impressions: Manage heavy phone lines with high energy, confidence, and professionalism, turning inquiries into scheduled appointments. 2. Treatment & Financial Closer Case Presentation: Present treatment plans with absolute confidence. Speak clearly and knowledgeably about proposed treatments, addressing patient questions and overcoming objections. The "Convincer": Educate patients on the value of their care, effectively guiding and motivating them to move forward with their necessary treatment. Financial Clarity: Clearly explain patient balances, co-pays, and deductibles, and confidently collect payments at the time of service. 3. Insurance & Administrative Rockstar Insurance Breakdown: Deep-dive into insurance benefits to obtain accurate eligibility verification and comprehensive breakdowns. Schedule Optimization: Strategically manage the schedule to maximize daily production while maintaining a smooth, low-stress flow for the clinical team. What We Are Looking For (Requirements) Extreme Confidence: You are comfortable talking about money, presenting large treatment plans, and navigating objections without missing a beat. Heavy Multitasking Skills: You can check in a patient, answer a ringing phone, and look up an insurance breakdown simultaneouslyâall while keeping your cool and maintaining a warm demeanor. Hyper-Organized: Details matter to you. You keep patient records, insurance verifications, and schedules meticulous and accurate. Exceptional Communication: You have an upbeat, persuasive, and empathetic communication style both in person and over the phone. Experience: Preferred but can train the right person !
