We're looking for an experienced Traveling Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist during a variety of orthodontic procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment while maintaining OSHA and infection control standards. Take digital X-rays, impressions, scans, and clinical photographs. Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper care of braces and orthodontic appliances. Accurately document patient treatment and progress. Travel between multiple office locations throughout the Inland area to support clinical operations. Deliver an exceptional patient experience while working collaboratively with the clinical team. Qualifications Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required. 1-3 years of orthodontic assisting experience preferred. Current CPR certification required. Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA requirements. Experience with self-ligating brackets and clear aligners is a plus. Positive, dependable, and team-oriented. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations.
