Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient. Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience. Actively monitor lab materials and supplies. Develop a relationship with the patient. Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines. Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed. Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs. Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals. Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Training as a Dental Assistant, will consider new grads High school diploma or GED. Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), etc. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Dental Softwares as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar dental softwares, is preferred.
