Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise in general dentistry, advanced procedures, and patient communication will help foster a welcoming environment where patients feel confident in their care. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional dental services while adhering to all healthcare regulations and standards. Duties Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canal therapy, implants, orthodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Conduct thorough patient assessments using medical and dental history reviews, clinical examinations, and diagnostic imaging to develop accurate diagnoses. Utilize dental terminology accurately to explain diagnoses and treatment plans clearly to patients. Maintain precise dental documentation and update electronic health records using practice management software Dentrix. Follow strict infection control protocols and ensure patient safety during all procedures. Communicate effectively with patients to educate them on oral health practices and treatment options while fostering a positive experience. Collaborate with the dental team on treatment planning and coordinate care for complex cases involving specialties like pediatrics or orthodontics. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws while managing medical records and documentation securely. Requirements Valid state dental license to practice dentistry without restrictions. Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, implants, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures in understandable terms. Experience working in a fast-paced dental clinic, with a focus on high-quality patient care. Strong ability in case presentation and helping them understand and accept recommended dental treatment plans. Schedule: Tuesday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Compensation: 38% of collections. Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
